Love this place! They always do superb work on my Volvo both mechanically and cosmetically. I didn't realize they had a body shop in Kyle, but they do and they did a great job repainting the numbers on my S80. |

I have been bringing my vehicles both business and personal to High Tech for over thirty years, there are many reasons for this. They are extremely reliable and accurate, as a family run operation the service is most friendly. I will continue working with them for at least the next 52 years and every 52 year cycle after that. Indeed this is a great operation and my hat is off. ENHORABUENA! |

They are always welcoming and polite. I had a slow leak on car and stopped in to schedule some time to have it looked but they able to fix it on the spot. I made sure we took the Sequoia there to have the tires replaced as I was so impressed with their service. |

Always friendly, Always available. Always trustworthy. |

Pleasant, efficient, and effective. I would recommend Hi-Tech. |

This is the best business for caring for my car that I've ever experienced. "The Boss" and his crew are informative, efficient and aware of keeping costs down whenever possible. I trust them implicitily. Four stars only because I never give five stars to anyone. |

No one gets 5 stars from me, no one is perfect. That said the crew at Hi-Tech are the best, Best efficient, honest treatment of customers. No drama, helpful advice, try to be cost saving.Single women need mechanics with integrity. I found it here. |

I was charged $55 to assess a leaking tire and was told that the mechanic could not find the source of air leak. I took the car to a different mechanic who promptly found the source and showed me how it was so close to the wheel that I would need a new tire. That was fair. It was not fair to be charged the $55 initially for no answer on the issue. |

The body work was performed well. I was misled about the price. I was unexpectedly charged $30/day for a rental that smelled sickening, contained trash, was filled with dog hair, and left big puddles of oil (or some staining fluid) on my driveway. I was unable to perform all the functions of my work while I had it. I'm required to transport my client's children. A discount was applied that reduced the cost by half - not enough. I was charged for 6 days, when they only worked on it for 3, because it was kept over the weekend. If I'd known, I would have brought it in on a Monday, instead of a Thursday, or, better yet, I would've gone with the other shop that gave me a bid that only seemed more expensive because they were up-front about all the costs. |
